2007 Launch of Health Care Interpreting Network
Beginning 2007, Global Translator Services will launch the Health Care Interpreting Network. The Health Care Interpreting Network, or HCIN, acts as a call center where professionals in the medical field can access an interpreter in for virtually any language 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The unique system will create a cost-effective means for physicians and hospitals requiring the use of interpreters. Clients pay a per minute charge each time they access the database of interpreters. Calls will generally be connected within five minutes, with a general connectivity rate of 57 seconds.
Language Courses begin November,2006
Beginning November of 2006, Global Translator Services will begin with language training courses. The courses will be held both on and off-site for both groups and individuals.
